Wilson has all the traits that made his brother successful and could be on a similar path based on his play as a sophomore. The 6’0 quarterback is an elite downfield passer who throws a beautiful ball. His accuracy is second to none in the 2024 class, and he delivers each pass on time and on target regardless of the difficulty of the throw. Wilson remains confident with pressure in his face and will take a hit to make a play. The new Corner Canyon quarterback is elusive inside the pocket and in the open field as he easily avoids contact. As Wilson becomes even more consistent, the sky’s the limit for the type of player he could become.

Tabaracci played with his brother Carson, now a USC Trojan, a season ago, and you can tell they share the same genetics. Going into his junior year, he is already one of the best pass rushers in the state and seems destined to continue to dominate on the edge for Park City. The 6’2 outside linebacker poses an elite first step that allows him to blow up plays at a moment’s notice. Blake has a motor that doesn’t quit and plays with the tenacity every football player strives for. He lays the wood on every hit and will give offensive linemen nightmares this season.

Sophomores aren’t supposed to be able to overpower seniors, but no one told Isaiah Garcia Isaiah Garcia 6'5" | 280 lbs | OL Corner Canyon | 2024 State UT that in 2021. The 6’5 offensive tackle is an absolute force in the run game, where he uses his sheer size and strength to decimate defenders. Garcia is one of the most powerful sophomores in the country in terms of raw strength, and he shows the world why every Friday night. Once he gets his hands on defenders, they have no chance to break free from his grip, often resulting in a buffet of pancakes. Garcia always plays through the whistle, meaning he will often take defenders 10 yards out of the play before burying them into the ground. Garcia also has a great punch in pass protection and does an excellent job of moving his feet to ensure pass rushers can’t beat him to the edge. As Garcia enters his Junior year, he should be even more dominant, meaning a lot of pancakes will be served up at Cyprus.

If a defensive tackle has one elite trait, they can be tough to handle, but if they possess all of them, then they’re nearly impossible to contain, and that’s precisely what Dallin Johnson Dallin Johnson 6'4" | 275 lbs | DL Springville | 2024 State UT is. The 6’4 dominant defensive tackle is a game wrecker in every sense. Johnson has a lightning-quick first step akin to an edge rusher, and he uses it to make offensive linemen look silly. He frequently blows up plays in the backfield and does so in a thunderous fashion. Johnson’s quickness allows him to get around interior offensive linemen, and he possesses the strength to go through them if he chooses to do so. The dominant defensive tackle is going to have another monster year for Springville.

His brothers Puka and Samsons have gone on to play in college, and Tei will soon join them. Tei is already a complete wide receiver and could be the best in the entire state. The 6’2 wideout is a phenomenal route runner who can stop on a dime at a moment’s notice. His change of direction is second to none in the state, and his routes are a work of art. Tei possesses elite top-end speed and can get past defenders in the blink of an eye. He has excellent hands and can go up and get balls when needed. Once he makes the grab, he can be hard to stop as he breaks tackles and makes swift cuts to avoid defenders. Tei is a bubbling star, and it won’t be long till the rest of the state knows his name.
