Harvard commit Jack Grusser Jack Grusser 6'1" | 185 lbs | QB Ramapo | 2023 State NJ put up a great one vs. Sparta this weekend put completing 15 or 18 passes for 319 yards and 4 touchdowns while completing 83 percent of his passes. Jack’s athlecicsm, quick release and command of the Ramapo offense make him one of the most dangerous offensive players in the state. For the season, he’s already thrown for 831 yards and 10 touchdowns and rusher for another 3! Looking forward to his performance Friday night vs. Hackensack.
David Haywood David Haywood 6'3" | 160 lbs | WR Overbrook | 2023 State NJ , WR, Overbrook, 2023
The long arms of David Haywood David Haywood 6'3" | 160 lbs | WR Overbrook | 2023 State NJ were on display having 5 catches (including a sick one hander), 178 yds and 3 touchdowns in Overbrook’s win versus Collingswood. At 6’4 with good speed he’ll have D1 coaches lining up for his services. Next Up, Saturday morning at Maple Shade.
Anthony Dilascio, RB, Hasbrouck Heights, 2023
The 5-11, 190 pound Running back put on a show in the Aviators win over North Arlington, having 18 carries for 301 yards and 4 touchdowns, dropping an impressive 16.7 yards per carry. Anthony is a power runner, accelerating to and through the first line of defenders easily and gains lots of extra yards with his combination of size and speed. He’ll be looking to continue his success Saturday Afternoon versus Saddle Brook.
Kenyon Massey Kenyon Massey 5'10" | 165 lbs | WR Paramus Catholic | 2024 State NJ , WR, St. Peter’s Prep, 2024
Kenyon is the #1 WR in the class of 2024 according to the PrepRedzone Rankings, and he’s earned every bit of that ranking so far this season. In 4 games he already has 430 yards and 5 touchdowns. Kenyon rewrote the St. Peter’s record books with his stellar 18 catch, 151 yard performance in their 32-27 win over Delbarton. Kenyon has already received interest from D1 programs like Rutgers and Syracuse.
Shane Kenner, LB, Pennsauken, 2023
Shane had an absolutely dominant performance against Burlington Township last week, having 16 tackles, a sack and a monster play where he bats up a pass and makes a diving grab of it for an interception. He’s been the anchor of the Pennsauken defense this year, having 3 TFLs, T sacks and 36 total tackles in three games . Shane will lead his defense this weekend versus Trenton.
Deante Ruffin, QB, Camden, 2025
Deante showed exceptional command of the Camden offense during the Panthers 33-10 victory over West Depford this weekend. He was 24/31 for 355 yards and 5 touchdown passes, an amazing game for the big sophomore! Listed at 6’3, 220 pounds, he has elite size and great athleticism to avoid the rush while keeping his eyes downfield for late developing plays. He has a great long ball and he’s not afraid to put the ball up for his receivers, showing great confidence in his ball placement and their ability to compete for the football. This sophomore phenome already has D1 offers from West Virginia and Temple. Deante will be looking to keep things rolling this Saturday at Haddon Heights.
Elijah Smalls, RB, Pemberton, 2023
The Senior running back is having a great season for the resurgent Hornets, having 12 carries for 189 yards and 2 touchdowns in Pemberton’s 36-0 win over division opponent, Bordentown. Smalls actually had another 40+ yard TD called back for holding, or this line would have been even bigger! He displayed great agility in the open field and has acceleration to take it the distance! Elijah looks to have continued success this weekend against Triton.
