The Division portion of the schedule kicks off on Friday night against a much improved Terry squad. The Dogs must be careful not to get caught looking ahead to next week’s road matchup at Warren Central.

2. Ocean Springs (3-0)
The Greyhounds took last Friday off and like Brandon will begin the Division slate this week. First up is a road trip to Hancock who sits at 3-1.

3. Picayune (4-0)
The Maroon Tide offense gets a lot of love and rightfully so, but the defense has only given up 28 points total thru 4 games.

4. Starkville (4-0)
Last week’s best win belonged to the Yellow Jackets as they went on the road and beat Louisville in a knock down, drag out slugfest. Can they make it happen two weeks in a row as they head to Madison Central this week?

5. Madison Central (2-1)
The Jags took last week off as they prepared for the opening of division play. On deck is a top 5 matchup vs. Starkville which has become one of the state’s best rivalries.

6. Tupelo (4-0)
The Golden Wave is off to their best start in years and appears to be among the class of North MS.
This week: @ Grenada
7. Warren Central (3-0)
The Vikings did not play last week but have climbed in the rankings due to some attrition ahead of them. They face fellow Top 10 team, Oak Grove this week.

8. Louisville (3-1)
Louisville gave Starkville all they wanted in last week’s matchup which came straight down to the wire. They’ll look to get back on track this week.

9. Oak Grove (3-1)
The Warriors dropped their first decision of 2022 last week albeit to John Curtis Chapman (La.).
This week: vs. Warren Central
10. Oxford (2-1)
The Chargers blew out county rival Lafayette County last week on their home turf. They’ll look to open division play convincingly this week at Murrah. Look for Mack Howard Mack Howard 6'3" | 175 lbs | QB Oxford | 2023 State MS to have a big day.
