1. Grayson Howard Grayson Howard 6'3" | 225 lbs | LB Jacksonville Andrew Jackson | 2023 State FL , LB- Andrew Jackson High c/o 23
6’3 210lbs
Howard is one of the top linebacker prospects in the State of Florida and what he’s done through 4 weeks is nothing short of outstanding. He’s currently leading the State of Florida in tackles by a wide margin with 93 total tackles, 12 tackles for loss, 4 sacks, 3 fumble recoveries and a forced fumble. He is averaging an outstanding 18.6 tackles per game! Howard is a superior athlete that excels in space, is a sideline to sideline backer that takes good angles, has speed and acceleration in the open field. Has over 31 D1 offers and is currently committed to the University of South Carolina.
2. Brice Cherry, LB- First Academy c/o 23
5’11 183lbs
Cherry has been a do it all player for First Academy of Leesburg through four games this season. He plays on both sides of the ball and has rushed for 27 yards and has 8 catches for 60 yards through the air. But on defense he comes in at number two in the State through week four where he’s registered 69 tackles, 3 tackles for loss, 1 sack and averages over 17 tackles per game!
3. Samuel Haertle, DB- Dunedin High c/o 23
6’0 170lbs
Haertle has been a playmaker on the defensive side of the ball for Dunedin High through five games this season. He comes in at number three in the state with 61 tackles, 8 tackles for loss, 1 int, 2 force fumbles, and 3 fumble recoveries with a blocked field goal. He’s a versatile player that plays on both sides of the ball for the Falcons, flashes good instincts and is not afraid to attack downhill, he does a good job weaving through traffic tracking the ball.
4. Jeremiah Lovely, DE- Andrew Jackson High c/o 23
6’3 230lbs
Lovely is the extremely active defensive end, and is one of three Andrew Jackson High players on the top five tackle list in Florida. He’s been outstanding from his defensive end position registering 61 tackles, 6 tackles for loss, 2 sacks, and a fumble recovery. Lovely has a very good get off and consistently brings speed to power, shows a high motor and is very active chasing down plays. Can stand up on the edge or put his hand in the dirt. Currently has offers from Edwards Waters University, Bethune-Cookman, and Benedict College.
5. Thomas Fore Thomas Fore 6'2" | 210 lbs | LB Andrew Jackson | 2023 FL , LB- Andrew Jackson High c/o 23
6’2 200lbs
Fore has been producing at a high level through five games for the Tigers and is ranked number five in the state with 61 tackles, 6 tackles for loss and 8 passes defensed. He’s averaging over 12 tackles per game. Fore displays good linebacker abilities to be able to play at the next level, shows physicality taking on blocks and shedding, has range to cover a lot of ground, flashes good short area quickness, can slip blocks and knife into the backfield. He’s an outstanding student with a 3.6 GPA.
