Today we’re going to spotlight some players that have played well through week 4. There are some good prospects that should all be getting looks for the next level. Prep Redzone Florida will always promote everybody in hopes of them getting the opportunity of playing college football at the next level.
Waden Charles, WR/FS- Somerset Canyons High c/o 25
6’3 180lbs
Charles is a very good up and coming sophomore Prospect for Somerset Canyons out of Boynton Beach, Florida. Through 3 games this season he showed a lot of big play ability registering 5 catches for 150 yards and averaging over 30 yards per catch with 3 touchdown receptions. He also has 2 carries for 38 yards and a touchdown. He’s a two-way player that chips in on the defensive side of the ball and has registered 20 tackles, 1 tackle for loss and 2 ints from his safety position. Charles is a big agile receiver that moves really well for a player his size, has good acceleration to erase angles and shows the long speed to turn short passes into touchdowns. He has three D1 offers from Toledo, Arkansas State, and picked up an offer from FAMU this month.

DeJean Evans, WR/DB- Northeast High c/o 24
6’3 170lbs
Evans is a play making under the radar athlete out of Northeast High in St Petersburg, Florida. Evans excels on both sides of the ball at receiver and cornerback. Evan’s has good length/height and does a good job sinking his hips and getting out of his breaks, flashes natural hands and contact balance, possesses prototype height and athleticism for the cornerback position. He’s definitely a player coaches need to check out this season.
Caleb Rollerson, WR- North Marion High c/o 24
6’2 200lbs
Rollerson has played a big part in a high-powered passing attack for the undefeated 4-0 North Marion Colts. On the season he has 8 catches for 144 yards and averaging 18 yd per reception. Rollerson is a big bodied receiver that shows a good initial burst out of his stance and the ability to shift gears to get by defenders, does a good job tracking and attacking the ball in the air. He currently has an offer from Warner University.
Kassim Johnson, RB- Robinson High c/o 23
5’10 150lbs
Johnson is an intriguing running back Prospect and has burst on the scene for Robinson High in Tampa, Florida this season. Through 4 games he has 20 carries for 419 yards, averaging a gaudy 21 yards per carry with 6 rushing touchdowns and averages over 209 yards rushing per game! He’s also outstanding in the passing game registering 6 catches for 162 yards and two touchdowns through the air while averaging 27 yards per catch. He’s a three down back that possesses excellent vision and quickness (4.43 40) in the open field, multifaceted player that lines up in the slot and shows natural ability to play the receiver position. Under the radar prospect that can play multiple positions at the next level.
