Russell Gatlin

Football lifer, the journey started playing in East Texas, little league through high school earning All-District honors as an offensive tackle. My playing career ended after high school, but my love for the game was far from over. I have stayed connected through coaching youth leagues my son plays in, calling play-by-play for a radio broadcast of high school games. I also went through TASO certification and became an official for Texas High School football in the College Station chapter. This opportunity to scout and write is a wonderful chance to put my life being around the game to good use. Especially for a great company that has a goal of helping all student-athletes receive the quality coverage and exposure they deserve!
